Every child has an important role to play
Our structured brick-based sessions use clear roles to help children practise communication, listening, teamwork, problem solving and confidence in a fun, supportive setting.
The Engineer
Finds and selects the correct bricks, helping develop attention, organisation and listening skills.
The Supplier
Delivers the correct pieces to the builder, encouraging communication, turn taking and teamwork.
The Builder
Follows the instructions and builds the model, supporting patience, confidence and problem solving.
Learning happens through doing
Each role gives children a clear responsibility within the group. This helps them understand how to work with others, listen carefully, communicate clearly and feel proud of their contribution.
